why work with us?

help change the conversations we are having about bodies

You’ll be working with a team of non-diet, weight inclusive and socially aware practitioners busy disrupting diet culture, seeking radical body acceptance and healthcare equity. We are committed to changing the conversations we are having about bodies and health.

fair & flexible

Our contract work is fair and flexible, with no restraint of trade or clauses preventing you from working elsewhere. You may choose to work 1-2 clinics per week with us and spend your energy on other opportunities for the rest of the week. You choose.

work when and from where suits you

You decide your work hours and place of work, in person clinics, remotely online, or both, doesn’t matter we have clients seeking recovery support and weight inclusive healthcare from all around New Zealand.

At a minimum four weeks of non-clinical contact is expected each year for rest and restoration.

want to go fast? go alone. want to go far? go together

Working in private practice alone can be lonely, and when caring for folks with chronic health conditions or recovery goals an MDT approach can improve your practice and client outcomes and positive progression.

Our team meets regularly for clinical review, group mentoring and reflective practice. There is always someone to contact, bounce ideas, share the load and seek support from.

supervision, mentoring & continuing professional development

We are a collaborative team, thriving through learning together and expanding our practice experientially and through formal learning opportunities. We share resources and support the pursuit of further education and training.

Less admin, more clinical contact

We’ve automated many of our clinical systems, including booking, invoicing and external care communications. Jess looks after clinic communication and manages the clinic admin and business development activities so you can get on with caring for clients in clinic.

expression of interest

Please note all communication is private and confidential.
