We provide outpatient nutrition care for adolescents & adults of all genders, size & shape with eating disorders or disordered eating.

We collaborate with our patients and encourage autonomy in recovery planning & care decisions. Every recovery is unique and we offer personalised, gentle and supportive recovery care.

Eating Disorder Recovery

There is no weight or illness “severity” criteria to meet in order to seek recovery or rehabilitation care with our team.

If you are distressed or concerned about your eating behaviours, regardless of diagnosis status you are able to access our services.

We offer compassionate nutrition rehabilitation for patients seeking eating disorder recovery from:

  • Anorexia Nervosa
  • Bulimia Nervosa
  • Binge Eating Disorder
  • Orthorexia
  • Chewing & Spitting food
  • Disordered Eating Behaviours
  • Chronic dieting

Our nutrition rehabilitation supports autonomy in recovery, that means patient preference and self determination is a care priority.

We use the “RAVES” principles to support regular, adequate and varied nutritional intake while allowing for spontaneity, socialising and choice.

Our team integrates closely with other members of our clients recovery team (GPs/Doctors, Therapists, Physical therapists etc). We value communication between practitioners, and will advocate for access to services where required.

appointment fees

Assessment (60-90 minutes) – $185

Non-diet dietetic/nutrition therapy (50 minutes) – $140

Non-diet dietetic/nutrition therapy (30 minutes) – $80

Our fees may be covered on some health insurance plans. Please check with your provider to see if you’re covered under your plan. 

We offer a sliding scale – please ask for information about this.


Appointment information

Prior to your appointment

You will receive at time of booking a new client packet with information about the practice, what to expect and some forms to complete.

Please collect any recent lab results from your GP or other medical provider if this is relevant to your care.

Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you reschedule your appointment.

As appointments are booked ahead of time, and out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. 

If insufficient notice is given, or you do not turn up at all, your consultation fee will be charged.
